This Informed Consent (“Consent”) is provided by FabTime, Inc. (“FabTime” ) pursuant to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”).
This Consent is presented to you in your status as an individual (“You” or “Data Subject”) who is receiving, accessing or other using any of FabTime’s management software programs or any other programs or content provided by FabTime, including without limitation any FabTime newsletters (collectively referred to as “FabTime Program(s)”).
BY CHECKING THE "I AGREE" BOX TO THIS CONSENT, YOU (AS AN INDIVIDUAL) HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS CONSENT, UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE NOTICES PROVIDED IN THIS CONSENT, AND HEREBY AGREE TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS SET FORTH IN THIS CONSENT AS OF THE DATE OF SUCH CONSENT.

By assenting to this Notice and Informed Consent, You hereby give your consent and authorization to FabTime to collect from You the following personal data (“Personal Data”):

- Company or Organization name
- Job Title or Position
- Site Name or Location
- Mailing Address
- Country/Nation
- Telephone number
FabTime may use Your Personal Data for the following purposes:
(i) to assist in your receipt, access, or other use of any FabTime Programs, including without limitation, providing you with notifications, training, newsletters, guidelines, or other information regarding your receipt, access or use any of the FabTime Programs and/or your storage of any Personal Data or other content through any of the FabTime Programs;
(ii) to give your Personal Data to any third parties that FabTime may engage to assist FabTime in developing, upgrading, updating, managing, or otherwise operating any of the FabTime Programs, including without limitation any third parties that FabTime may engage to host FabTime’s servers or email services or to otherwise assist FabTime with hosting, organizing, storing, retaining and/or processing your Personal Data in order to provide any of the FabTime Programs to You (collectively referred to as “Collaboration Partners); and/or
(iii) to give to any of FabTime’s professional advisors such as attorneys or accountants (“Outside Professionals”) in order to facilitate the professional advice from those Outside Professionals (collectively, the “Permitted Uses”).
These Permitted Uses may be modified by FabTime after giving reasonable notice to You.
FabTime will retain a Data Subject’s Personal Data for the minimally necessary amount of time to carry out the Permitted Uses.
Providing the Personal Data requested by FabTime is a condition of using the FabTime Programs.
If You are unwilling to provide your Personal Data, or in the future request that your Personal Date be erased (pursuant to the notification described below), You may be denied use or access to one or more features or functionalities of the FabTime Programs.
You have the right to withdraw your approval of this Consent at any time by giving notice to FabTime as outlined below.
You have the right to request that FabTime erase (ie: remove and delete) and/or modify your Personal Data at any time, or that FabTime give you a copy of your Personal Data, at your cost (prepaid). You have the right to file any complaint regarding FabTime’s use of your Personal Data with the Supervisory Authority, as defined in the GDPR.
FabTime may contract with one or more Collaboration Partners to assist FabTime in developing, upgrading, updating, managing, or otherwise operating any of the FabTime Programs, including without limitation any third parties that FabTime may engage to host FabTime’s servers or email services or to otherwise assist FabTime with hosting, organizing, storing, retaining and/or processing your Personal Data in order to provide any of the FabTime Programs to You. FabTime will contract with these Collaboration Partners to provide that they will only use Your Personal Data in compliance with the GDPR.
FabTime may share Your Personal Data with or for use by FabTime’s Outside Professionals to facilitate the professional advice from those Outside Professionals pursuant to the terms of the professional engagement with those Outside Professionals.
